Trainer / Coach Profile
31 October, 2020

A curious learner, wonderful people and opportunities around me push me to fulfil and enhance my potential. Whatever meaningful
successes and learning-filled failures I have in the form of implementing change, delivering and sustaining improvement projects,
mentoring & elevating enthusiastic professionals, or just being a positive vibe that contributes beyond his defined JD; I am in debt of my
mentors, coaches, and even my subordinates who help me rise and grow.

It was not only mere coincidence but also good fortune that I pursued the field of Industrial Engineering and Management, because it
reflects my skills and interests as a Professional. Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Systems Development, Lean Initiatives,
Organizational Development and all that leads towards Operational Excellence. Living and breathing the best and worst of Pakistan’s
manufacturing sector I experienced a wide wavelength of leadership styles. It has allowed me to drive Change Leadership and make the
most of my expertise in delivering e ective, profitable projects; as well as my coaching, training and mentoring skills to get the best
out of Young Professionals striving to make a di erence. After leading countless Internships, Final Year Projects and Student Counselling
sessions, I was guided to a higher calling of evaluating, identifying and directing talented, motivated young blood to the perfect career
choices that match their skills, interests and capabilities. These interactions continue to polish me for even bigger audiences and
challenging topics now in various Corporate Trainings and Interdepartmental Coaching sessions.

The goal is to pass on knowledge and inspire Kaizen in people and processes, in the most e ective manner possible, at all Management
and Operational Levels. And the key to that is to keep your head down, listen, observe, learn and try. I’ve been preaching humility and
selflessness all my life, while most people struggle to realize it is the integral ingredient to succeed in professional and personal
endeavors. There is absolutely no other way to put it, no complexity, and no explanation. Helping others succeed is literally the best
path to your success. It worked for me, and continues to do so. The productivity and e ectiveness of those around me ultimately benefits
them, the workplace, and me too.

7+ Years of Work Experience in the Home Textiles and Terry Towels Sector but all I aspire as well as inspire is the willingness to learn .
Learn, learn, and I repeat learn. Learn how to learn.

Curiosity invites Ideas. Ideas incite Experiments. And Experiments, breed Improvements.
