PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION INTERVIEW
Interview Approach
• 15 minutes for each interview session

• 3 approaches of interview will be conducted depending on the availability of candidates and

Video Call Interview Etiquette
• Look at the camera, not the screen : Maintain direct eye contact with your interviewer.
• Computer/Camera Angle: Where you place your computer/camera is also important. You want the
camera at eye-level.
• Dress: Dress professionally from head to toe like an in-person interview.
• Connection: Check internet connection to ensure the video call session going smoothly
• Keep your Profile Professional: Make sure that your Skype/WhatsApp contact name, email address
and photo are appropriate.
• Background: Keep the background simple and clear of distractions. Clear the area of anything that
does not convey professionalism.
• Close other programs on your computer: Getting Facebook notifications during your interview is
distracting and unprofessional. Before your interview, make sure all other windows on your computer
are closed
• Prepare your surroundings: Pick a quiet place to interview to avoid any interruptions.
• Don't interview and drive. In addition to being illegal in Malaysia, driving while holding
your phone isn't safe, so leave the interview for a moment when you can concentrate
