Septembe r 23r 2021and deposit examination fee of Tk. 500/- (per course) to the EXIM Bank
(Khulshi Branch) or Trust Bank (G.E.C Branch / Dewanbazar Branch) or National Bank Ltd.
(O.R.Nizam Road Branch I Pahartali Branch). Please attach two copies of passport size color
photographs with the form.

Students who will not be able to fill up the Examination Form within the above-mentioned date
are advised to pay with a late fee of Tk. 1000/- (Taka one thousand only) within September 26,,
2021.
