Firstly the Occupational Health Safety and Welfare Research are one of the most
important thing to every establishment like hotel, resort, motel, restaurant, airport or any
hospitality industry related establishments. By following of Occupational Health Safety
and Welfare Research is not only important to the every employees and guests inside
the establishment and to the establishment itself as well.

One of the existing hazards in the hospitality industry is caution wet floor, it’s commonly
in every restaurant or any hospitality industry establishment and this hazards causes
slippery in every employees and guests or customers. Secondly the existing hazards in
the hospitality industry is high voltage, it’s causes of danger to everyone in the
establishment because of the high electricity in the area. As well as one the precautions
that can be useful in preventing these hazards and further avoiding ill health and injuries
to employee is have a information, instruction or proper training before work. Employees
must take reasonable precautions to protect their health and safety as well as the health
and safety of others who may be affected by their actions in the workplace. Lastly the
importance of preventing risks in the hospitality industry is maintained the safety of the
area and the safety of every employees and quests.

To conclude the Occupational Health Safety and Welfare Research are not only
important to every employees and customers in the establishment and to the
establishment itself. As well as I learned a lot in this topic like how to avoid a risk in
every establishment and how maintain the safety in the area.
