Program Title “Leadership: One Team, One Goal”

A team building proposal that help youth to develop necessary interpersonal skills. Besides, by
participating in such activities, they learn to work together by resolving all the conflicts. Leadership is an action
of leading a group of people or as a team where it has goal to create accomplishment.

III. Objectives
 Build relationships: As teen gets involved in a team building activity, they learn to interact with different
people. This interaction exposes them to the concept of individual perspectives, which is an important part
of social skills.
 Develops leadership skills: These activities encourage a sense of agency and responsibility and can help
the teenager to acquire and develop their leadership qualities and skills.
  Develop critical thinking: In the process of contributing individually to the activity, teens learn about
various ways to face a situation. This broadens their logic and problem-solving skills that are necessary to
achieve a goal.
