1. Tell me about yourself.
My name Khalda Amalia, I’m from Tegal. I graduated from the applied degree in environmental
health polytechnic of health ministry Semarang on August 2023, and already has work
experience as a K3 expert in one of the fuel company during five years.

I have knowledge of Indonesian and internasional HSE legislation and requitment OHSAS
18001, SMK3 and ISO 9001 management system standards and sertifications

2. What motivates you take environmental health as your major of study?

I want to be a person who is beneficial to society about environmental health . I’m very
happy to see people living healthy without disease and seeing a clean and healthy
environment . I want to give my knowledge and energy in creating a free society in
disease transmission

3. Where did you get your training and what qualifications and certifications do you have?

I have knowledge of Indonesian and internasional HSE legislation and requipment OHSAS
18001, SMK3 and ISO 9001 management system standards and sertifications. I am fluent in
writing and speaking English. If needed for aoutside assignment then I will be ready at any time
and also I have experience traveling both domestically and aboard. I have general K3 expert
certificate and also contruction expert certificate

4. Tell me why you want to work here./ Why do you want this job?
I was really impressed with your commitment to renewable energy, I was very exited to learn
that you support your research department so strongly . And that’s something I really appreciate

5. Do you have any job experience?

Already has work experience as a K3 expert in one of the fuel company during five years

6. Do you work better independently or as part of a team? Describe.

Team, because after doing teamwork we will get inspriration and new ideas from discussion with
the team. When you exchange ideas with other members

7. Describe to us how you perform under pressure./ What types of situations do you find
stressful? How do you manage it?
Under preasure as does work overtime and meet established goals because I will detail and make
targets on time.

8. What do you enjoy the most about environmental health?

 This environmental health will learn how to manage the environment to keep it clean,
suitainable for human life. Can find out how to prevent disease that pollute the
environment

9. Recall a difficult situation and describe how you handled it.

For example conflicts with partner. Differing opinions during large project meetings and
will prevent a project from being carried out on time . in fact, I meet with colleagues
every day I want a harmonious relationship. The solution is to reduce my ego and not
always be right and keep working well together because we are still in a company that
wants the project to succeed, with the goals achieved. Keep being kind and deliberate
again, until you find the best results
10. Discuss your biggest strengths and weaknesses.

Strengths : I feel my English ability is my weakest trait. I know this is only a temporary
problem I’m definitely studying hard to communicate more effectively or join English
tutor.
Weaknesses : I can remain calm in chaotic situation, Adapt easily, and work under any
circumstance

11. How do you feel your background has prepared you for this role?

I feel , my major is very important because some health problems are related to
environmental health too,by the way I will be more confident and passionate about
working hard. My education and experience have given me excellent knowledge about
Indonesian and International HSE legislation and requirements OHSAS 18001, SMK3
and ISO 9001 management systems standards and certifications. Through my studies that
make a lot of analysis about environmental health practicum , I have skill to create
analysis report of safety data. Moreover, because of my work experiences and English
courses that I have took for two years, I fully understand to write and speak English. I
also have a General K3 Expert Certificate because of my five years work experience in
the K3 field.

12. How do you keep up with the latest information in the field of environmental health?

I keep looking information about the latest information in the field of environmental
health through various social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Websites
with official account, because the information is very fast and latest.
13. So, where do you see yourself in five years?/ What are your future goals?

In 5 years, I would like to become the very best sanitarian your company has on staff. I
want to work towards becoming the expert that others rely on. Hopefully, this will allow
me to take on greater responsibility with the company if the opportunity arises. I am also
working towards additional certification in the field to improve my career prospects.
14. What kind of salary are you looking for?
 Im sure that the company has a budget and maximum vulnerable salary standard for this
position. Father is also sure that you want to get a candidate who has required
competencies, and therefor with respect , I will receive a vulnerable maximum salary for
this position.

15. Tell us why we should hire you

As I am a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge, but I can work hard and learn the
practical aspects quickly. Moreover, I will make a great effort to fulfill my duties and
responsibilities and contribute to the good progress of the organization.
