Motivation

● Our idea is inspired by a recent meeting held at the UN, which talked about how the
world can be a better place by 2030. Hence, understanding the need of these goals, we
as a team agreed to act upon and plan our model to our aims along with taking into
account to ratify some of the global issues.
● It’s a step forward to the ever-increasing demand of humans and evolution of
technologies. The problem statement is based on a simple measurement scale known as
SOCIAL PROGRESS INDEX.
Motivation
● Now there are no economy indicators in the social progress index. Countries having
huge economies like Russia and China are underperforming in SPI and small
economies like Costa Rica are performing much better than the world average.

● This is due to the fact that the prioritize well being over wealth.

● One of the reasons why countries like costa rica has performed so well in SPI is due to
prioritizing healthcare.
Motivation

● The Health monitoring must not affect the elderly’s regular habits. To ensure this
requirement, the components (i.e. antenna) necessary to carry out such monitoring
should blend in with the elderly’s daily routine.
● To this end, an effective strategy relies on employing wearable antennas that can be
fully integrated with clothes and that can be used for remotely transmitting/receiving
the sensor data.
● This is the key strategy for a substantial reduction of the social costs related to health
care, while still providing the necessary support to the elderly and guaranteeing a good
quality of life
Objective of the project

The main objective is to make tasks easier for both the doctors as well as the patients by
saving cost and time.

In , India we need to wait for a very long to even get appointment and hence people tend to
miss medical checkup and taking old age parents for their check ups is far more difficult.

So we thought of making a microchip antenna wearable device that can detect breast tumor ,
skin cancer and lung disease.

Antenna design, analysis and 3D breast models will be performed using ANSOFT HFSS EM
simulator.
Outcome
.
Would be able to analyse and check efficiency of used antenna. We will use HFSS tool or
VNA for design and performance check of the antenna.

Would help doctors to check and diagnose patients in different medical purposes.

Would be able to detect tumor in breast.

Would be able to detect lung disease in patient.

Would also be able to detect early stages of skin cancer in patient.
