 Connection

After
the
MOOER
studio
is
installed
successfully,
connect
GE250
with
computer
via
the
USB
cable
comes
with
the
unit.

Please
open
the
software
after
the
GE300
boots
up
successfully.

Please
follow
the
instruction
below
if
the
connection
fails
1.
Warning"No
device
detected!"
"The
device
is
disconnected"
a.
Check
the
USB
cable
is
usable
or
not,
the
connection
is
correct
or
not.
b.
Check
the
GE250
is
working
normally
or
not,
check
the
computer
is
working
normally
or
not.

c.
Try
to
use
another
USB
port
of
the
computer,
some
of
the
USB
ports
cannot
support
GE300.
d.
Ensure
the
GE250
boots
up
before
open
the
editor
software

2.Warning"Equipment
versions

too
low.

update
the
firmware"
It
means

version

software

match

firmware

Update
Users
can
download
and
install
the
MOOER
STUDIO
FOR
GE250
to
update
the
firmware
of
GE250.
Below

the

Recommend

backup
the
presets
before
you
update
the
firmware,
prevent
unexpected
issues
during
the
update.

Enter
www.mooeraudio.com,
select
SUPPORT-DOWNLOAD,
download
the
GE250
software.
●






Unzip
the
file,
install
the
software.
Please
ensure
the
installation
path
is
correct.
It
will
take
a
few
seconds
to
finish.

After
the
installation
is
finished,
connect
GE250
to
your
computer
via
USB
cable.
●






Power
off
the
GE250,
press
and
hold
VALUE
knob,
power
on
GE250.
Hold
the
VALUE
knob
until
GE250
is
booted
to











update
mode.
●






Open
the
MOOER
STUDIO
FOR
GE250
software,
click
on
START.
The
update
will
start.
It
will
take
a
few
minutes
to
finish.

After
the
update
finished,
the
GE250
will
reboot
automatically.
The
firmware
version
will
be
displayed
on
the
start
screen.

Reopen
the
software,
import
the
preset
files,
then
you
can
enjoy
the
GE250
with
the
new
firmware.

If

firmware
version
of
GE250
does
not
make
any
difference
before
and
after
the
update,
please
check
if

software

installed
correctly,
and
check
the
version
of
the
software.

is
the
old
one,

uninstall
