From the beginning of the POPMEALS has been introduced, POPMEALS has been conduction
counter service to get an order and engage with the customers. The counter-service works as the
customer order their meals to the staff who are standing at the counter and place the payment at
the same time. When many customers are approaching the restaurant the counter service might
get slow down and there would be a long queue at the counter. These results do have trouble
controlling the speed and efficiency of the counter service.

Effective communication among the staff and customer

Using QR Code Ordering System the customer could place their order. Yet, some customers will
have some issues scanning or have some barriers to understand the method. In this case, the staff
who are waitresses should be well knowledgeable about the QR Code Ordering System. The
staff should instruct and guide the customer to perform their order. Moreover, the staff should

The restaurant could deliver tailored cuisine to each customer by tracking their purchase trends
