Single N-Channel, Logic Level, PowerTrench MOSFET

General Description Features

This N-Channel Logic Level MOSFET is 11 A, 30 V. RDS(ON) = 0.0125 Ω @ VGS = 10 V,
produced using Fairchild Semiconductor's RDS(ON) = 0.017 Ω @ VGS = 4.5 V.
advanced PowerTrench process that has been
especially tailored to minimize the on-state Fast switching speed.
resistance and yet maintain superior switching
Low gate charge.
performance.
These devices are well suited for low voltage and High performance trench technology for
battery powered applications where low in-line extremely low RDS(ON).
power loss and fast switching are required.
High power and current handling capability.

Notes:
1. RθJA is the sum of the junction-to-case and case-to-ambient thermal resistance where the case thermal reference is defined as the solder mounting surface of the drain pins. RθJC is
guaranteed by design while RθCA is determined by the user's board design.
