AFFIDAVIT OF NON-EMPLOYMENT
             I, VINCENT JESS DALINGAY LOPEZ, Filipino Citizen, of legal age,
single, and currently residing at Salegseg, Balbalan, Kalinga after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
 
1. That I am not related to any employees of the Commission on
Election (COMELEC) within the fourth (4th) Civil degree of
consanguinity or affinity;

2. That at present I have not been regularly and gainfully employed in

any private or government office or agency;

2. That I have not been accused administratively of any case before

any administrative body; and,

3. That I am now executing this this affidavit to attest the truth of the
foregoing narration and for all legal intents it may serve best.
