in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the TRANSFEREE of the parcel of land:

a. Transfer Certificate of Title No. P-18174 situated at Bulanao, Tabuk
City, Kalinga containing an area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (1,833) SQUARE METERS more or less
under Doc. No. 211; Page No. 43; Book No. XIII; Series of 2021 of Atty.
Christian B. Pic-it dated November 5, 2021.

2. That the total extent of my aggregate landholdings including the above

described land, does not exceed five (5) hectares;
3. That this Affidavit is executed in good faith in compliance with AO NO. 8
Series of 1989 of the Department of Agrarian Reform;
4. That I am executing this Affidavit freely and voluntarily and acknowledge
that the same is my free act and deed.
