AFFIDAVIT OF NON – TENANCY

I, NELSON P. AQUINO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residence

and postal address at Dagupan Weste, Tabuk City, Kalinga, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state
that:

1. That I am the absolute and registered owner of the following parcel of

lands:
a. Transfer Certificate of Title No. P-18174 situated at Bulanao, Tabuk
City, Kalinga containing an area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (1,833) SQUARE METERS more or less
under Doc. No. ___; Page No. ____; Book No. XIII; Series of 2021 of
Atty. Christian B. Pic-it dated ___________________, 2021.

2. Said Agricultural lands are NOT TENANTED nor occupied by any

persons under tenancy agreement since October 21, 1972;

3. That my individual aggregate land holdings does not exceed five (5)
hectares;

4. I am executing this Affidavit in good faith to attest to the truth and

veracity of my foregoing declarations and for any legal intent and
purpose it may serve.
