IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES: REGARDING ADMISSION IN

NIT+ SYSTEM (NITs, IIEST Shibpur, IIITs, GFTIs) AFTER CSAB SPECIAL ROUNDS

• All the candidates,

a) Who had SECURED the seat allotted during JoSAA-2020 rounds but did not report for
admission at allotted institute during 16th to 21st November, 2020
b) Who have retained/upgraded their seat of JoSAA rounds in CSAB Special rounds I and II
c) Who have been allotted a new seat and confirmed the same in CSAB Special rounds I and II

are required to mandatorily complete the admission process at the finally allotted Institute during 25th
November, 2020 to 1st December, 2020, failing which, their allotted seat may be cancelled.

• For admission process, the candidates are required to visit the finally allotted Institute website for further
instructions. The candidates are required to complete all the admission formalities and pay the balance
Institute Fee (as applicable) as per instructions given on admitting Institute website during 25th
November, 2020 to 1st December, 2020.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF PWD CANDIDATES: It has been decided that physical
examination of PwD candidates can be conducted at the time whenever the candidate joins the admitting
institute physically. Therefore, the PwD candidates are NOT REQUIRED to physically report at
Admitting Institute for PHYSICAL EXAMINATION during 25th November, 2020 -1st December, 2020.
However, such candidates are required to complete the admission modalities during the above period in
the ONLINE mode as per the instructions given by the admitting institute.

2. An undertaking must be given by all the candidates at the time of admission clearly stating that during
the course of study, if at any stage it is found that any of the documents (Related to eligibility) is not
correct then his/her admission will be cancelled and it will be the sole responsibility of the candidate.
Further, the Institute will be free to take any legal action as per law.
