Information to avail Hostel-Accommodation

In view of the scheduled re-opening of the campus and the requirement of hostel accommodation
for our students, the following may be noted:

1. Hostel Admission Charge will remain at ₹ 30,000/-. This is non-refundable .

2. New revised fees will be applicable as per the approved Fee structure from 1st Nov 2021.
The same will be subject to change in the new session effective 1st July, 2022.

3. (i) For students who applied for Hostel facilities prior to 2020-21 session and have re-
registered to avail the same in the session 2021-2022, have to clear all the fees till October
2021 as per previous Fee structure (after applying concession of ₹ 7000). No concession shall
be applicable for the new fee structure with effect from November, 2021. The fees for
November and December 2021 shall have to be paid with the rest.

(ii) For students, who registered for hostel facilities in 2020-21 session and have re-
registered to avail the same in the session 2021-22, shall have to pay the fees from July
2021 to October 2021 as per previous fee structure (after applying a concession of ₹ 7000).
Fees for November and December 2021, as per the New Fee Structure, shall have to be paid

(iii) For fresh applicants for Hostel facilities in 2021-22 session, the fees for the months of
November and December, 2021 need to be paid as per the new Fee Structure along with
Hostel Admission Fees. No fee concession is available for them.

(iv) Those students who had earlier availed hostel facilities and subsequently withdrew and
collected their Hostel Clearance Certificates, shall be treated as new students and need to
re-apply with Hostel Admission fees of ₹ 30000.

(v) Those students who had availed hostel facilities and subsequently applied for withdrawal
of Hostel facilities but not issued a Hostel Clearance Certificate, shall be treated as existing
students if they want to continue to avail hostel facilities. In that case, they have to
withdraw their Hostel Leaving Application over mail.

4. Internal Students taking admission in PG who had stayed in the hostels during UG, may
avail a 25% waiver on Admission Charges, but the revised monthly fee structure will be
applicable for them as well.

5. All rules w.r.t. to student segregation on year will remain the same.

6. Students will have to deposit Final Vaccination Report before entering Hostels. In case of
non-vaccinated students, they will have to submit RT-PCR report which is not older then 72
hours.

7. Payment proofs along with name, Registration No., stream, contact no., gender,
accommodation type and prior to 2020-21 session/in 2020-21 session/2021-2022 session to
