What are the key points in the module?

- The key points in this module that were already discussed were: the
nature and effect of an obligation that covers the kinds of prestations;
the effect of irregularity in the performance of the obligations; and
other relevant provisions involving the general concept of obligation as
provided under the civil code.

Based on your readings, how can you apply the content

from this module to your daily life?

-After we discussed and read this module, I learned a lot of things, not
only about laws but also about things that could be useful and could be
applied in my daily life. For example, in an agreement, if someone does
not fulfill their obligation, then I know what the solution or remedies
will be for that problem.

What insights did the module provide in your

course?
-The insights from this module that are provided in my course are the
important lessons and information that I can use when I start working
in the near future.

How has class discussion influenced your thinking

on this module?

- In module 1, I had difficulty in the discussion because it was my first

time encountering that topic, but in this module 2, I slowly got used to
it. I am now able to follow our discussion. The discussion points out
that this lesson is really important not only for the student but also for
everyone because if you are knowledgeable enough about this, no one
will mess up with you when it comes to contracts or obligations.

How can the learnings in this module improve your role in your
school, family, and community?

-What I learned in this module helps me to grow as a person. I will be

more responsible for my obligations, even if I have contracts or
agreements with someone. The knowledge I gained here can be shared
with somebody, or even with my loved ones.
