注意事項 Important Notes：

1. 學生未依時繳交全數本期基本學費（包括相關費用，如學生會會費、英文單元基準評核費、研習教材費），其學籍會被撤銷；重新註
冊須獲批准，並需繳付行政費$400 及有關之欠款。如有疑問或經濟困難，請於繳費限期前與學生發展處／學院秘書處聯絡。
Students failing to pay in full the installment-based basic tuition fees (including composite fee such as Student Union Fee, English
Module Benchmarking (EMB) Fee, Study Package Fee etc.) by the payment due date will be liable to deregistration from the
programme. Reinstatement of programme registration is subject to approval and payment of an administration fee of $400 in
addition to the outstanding fees. If you have any questions or financial difficulties, please contact the Student Development Office /
Campus Secretariat before the due date.

2. 英文單元之基準評核及研習教材費收費模式與課程學費相同；2016/17 學年起入讀／轉讀全日制高級文憑課程的同學，該收費會於兩
學年每年分兩期繳交。
EMB and Study Package Fees are charged and collected on the same basis as programme tuition fee. For students admitted /
transferred to a full-time HD programme in / after AY2016/17, these fees are payable by two instalments in an academic year for two
years.

3. 學生重修不及格單元或所修學分多於課程學銜所需要求，需繳交額外費用（包括相關的英文單元基準評核費）。如學生未依時繳交這
些費用之全數，所有相關單元的註冊會被撤銷；於同一學期重新註冊任何一個被撤銷的單元，每次申請需繳付行政費$400。學生如欲
刪減部分重讀／額外選修的單元，須儘早並於繳費限期前通知學系以更改應繳款額。
Extra fees (including the associated EMB Fee) will be charged for restudy of failed modules or study of modules exceeding the
award requirement. Students failing to pay the required fees in full by the payment due date will result in deregistration from ALL
these modules. To reinstate the registration status for any of these modules in the same semester, the student is required to pay
an administration fee of $400 per application. If students wish to drop any restudy / additional modules, they should inform their
department well before the payment due date to adjust the payable amount.

4. 學生如在學年開始後退學或退修全部/部分單元，仍須繳交所有相關學期的學費及雜費。學生如有欠款（包括圖書館及其他罰款），其
在職業訓練局轄下學院所修讀課程／單元的成績單、證書及相關證明將一律不予發放，直至清繳所有欠款為止。
Students who discontinue their study or drop all / part of modules after commencement of an academic year are still liable to pay the
tuition fee and charges for the related semester. Transcripts, certificates and related certification will be withheld until all
outstanding fees (including library and other fines) owed to the VTC are settled.

5. 學生 毋須 交回繳費收據，但請保留繳費證明以供日後參考。
Students are NOT required to return the payment receipts, but are advised to keep a record as the proof of the payment for future
reference.
