BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS
For a total of 18days on which parks were functional footfall was about 35000 in
Q1FY22.

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:
Gross Revenue in Q1FY22 was about 5.4crores up from 1.8 crores in Q1FY21.
The average monthly expense for the period of April – June 2021 was maintained
below 3.5 crores which are generally around 14-15 crore on fully operational days.

OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:
Marketing Efforts have been stepped up over the last year.
Launched a very attractive advanced booking offer and sold approximately 12,000
tickets, signifying that there is a latent demand for outdoor entertainment when
things open up.
Good response was seen in online ticket booking initiatives.
Hyderabad and Banglore parks will open at 50% capacity from tomorrow.
Chennai park working will resume from next financial year and Kochi park
operations might have an update next month.
Also evaluating distress parks is in due diligence because many people have
approached us to run parks or take over especially after covid, we will have clarity
on it in coming times.
Also, there is no update on the LBT issue from Tamil Nadu Government.

INDUSTRY HIGHLIGHTS:
Globally, the parks industries are staging a comeback driven by vaccinated
populations and easing restrictions. Across the US, Europe, and Asia, most of the
leading parks are now open and reporting decent footfalls. A further encouraging
sign for the industry, new amusement parks have been commissioned in some places
and existing parks have announced capital expenditures for upgrades and additions.
