(2) Andre and kyle woke up in morning and read a

text message from their OM (Diode) regarding on a
project. ---Emergency Meeting at the afternoon

Kyle: Hmm, a message from OM, “Meeting later

afternoon for upcoming project be sure to be there”
Andrei: so early OM, what is this? “Meeting later
afternoon for upcoming project be sure to be there”,
a project? I wonder what would be it.

SCENE 2:
@Company Meeting via online(Google meet)

DIODE: Good day everyone!!

KYLE and ANDREI: Good day OM!!

DIODE: Did you received my text message earlier?

Andrei: Yes OM, about the project?

Diode: Yes Andrei, about the project. A shop owned

by a good friend of mine requested a system to be
used on their Diner.
I am thinking of an Inventory system same as the
fastfood chains system that supports delivery, etc.
just remember guys it is a business and there are
many aspects that we should consider.

Kyle: okay OM, whats the plan?

DIODE: Since you two are good developer under me

I will divide the tasks
Andrei, you will be assigned on the employers end,
this will include schedules, funds, payrolls etc.
While you kyle you will be on the inventory and
employees’ end. Front desk UI, delivery, etc,

Kyle: when is it expected to be finished?

Diode: My good friend will open her business

starting for the next two months—before that we
should be finish with the system.

Kyle: Copy that OM

Andrei: Noted OM
Diode: So I wont hold you for long, and go start on
working with the task, and lets have a monthly
meeting online bcoz we are not yet allowed to work
onsite.

DIODE: Aight, see ya

Diode: How was the project going? Status?

Andrei: I’m about 25% OM on the progress.

Diode: How about kyle?

Kyle: I am 45% OM, Im now working with the UI

Diode: Just take your time making it guys, we still
have more time left. Don’t rush okay.

Diode: is everybody here? Andrei and kyle can u

present me ur outputs so we can combine those?
Andrei: okay OM, heres my output

Diode: impressive but im seeing some holes in the
system, but we can cover that, good thing u also
used comments and citations

How about kyle?

Kyle: heres mine OM

Diode: Impressive, no holes but how come u didn’t

use comments and citations? U should be using that
so we can understand it easily.

Kyle: I was focusing on the codes I have no time for

putting comments.
DIODE: hmmmm… *suspicious
But anyways its good and clean.

Lets have a meeting again days ahead on, for the

meantime I will be combining these two outputs you
guys made and connect to our server

kyle’s output

*By instance he found exactly kyle’s output from the
internet, everything was the same yet variables are
not and without citations—PLAGIARISM and
COPYRIGHT ISSUE!!!
SCENE 6:

*Diode calls for another meeting

Diode: Kyle, Andrei, lets talk about the project

Diode: As for Andreis output, there are bugs but can

be covered, but in Kyle’s….

Diode: Your output is plagiarized… Do you know

how much violation we could face because of your
doings?

Diode: Did you know?
Diode: I cannot let you submit me this and I wont
tolerate this on the future… We still have time to
revise your output and made ur own originally just
like what Andrei… so decide?
I will look for another developer suited for this project
or you will work it on ur own… originally, doesn’t
matter if its not perfect for as long its 95% working..

Kyle: … I sincerely apologize for that OM, I just want

to have good output and impress you

DIODE: no need to do that, you should just be proud

on what you can achieve, just do ur best, I know
your capabilitie.. so it’s a deal?

Kyle: Thank you OM for giving me another chance.

Diode: so we still have a month to work with that, I’ll

let Andrei help you with that. Andrei?
Andrei: Yes OM, I will

making the project, I can hear and feel you writing
the codes by just looking at it.

Diode: The lesson is here be original, be true, and

be passionate I know you can do it. We are IT
professionals and we should follow our code of
ethics religiously. Thank you very much for your
cooperation, but get yourself ready because we still
have to assess it and do revisions as if needed by
my friends business. Okay!
