REQUIREMENTS GATHERING DELIVERABLES

Introduction

The proposed project aims to run in a computer specification-qualified that also

meets the users’ expectations. After reviewing related studies of the proposed project,

the team came up with deliverables in attaining the project goals. This part of the

document will show evaluated deliverables that will be used in the proposed project.

User Requirements

The proposed project will utilize modern user-friendly interfaces that catches the

eyes of the customer yet are easy to use. Beforehand, customers will be able to choose

their preference in ordering whether self-paced or via counter.

Upon reviewing the related studies and also basing on the team’s experience in

ordering on modern fast-food chains, the team finalizes a simple design to be used and

will utilize clickable pictures for customers ordering processes.

 Specifically, the team aims to implement the following in terms of User

Requirements:

• Order preference

• User-friendly interfaces

• Clickable pictures

• Bigger fonts

• Modernized features

• Easy to use

• Fast order process (1-5mins)

• Receipt and order tracks

System Requirements

The proposed project utilizes an amount of Data that requires Mid-end

specification computers to operate uninterruptedly. Also Point-Of-Sale System, a related

system is running in an exclusive computer that only runs the specific software application

to be used in the transaction process—provided for customer and client.

Security tools are also required for the authority to use in preserving diner’s data and

records.
