Help Reminder is to help you organize your to-do-list into something more
manageable. The tools allow you to list tasks according to your priority, so you
know which things to focus on first. Not only does Help Reminder keep you on
track throughout a busy day , but it also does great things for your brain and
productivity levels. You can focus on giving one task at a time your full attention,
safe in the knowledge that you’ll know exactly what you need to do next.
Targeted Audience ?

Help Reminder is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. It’s not
your normal modern timer or calendar. It’s a science-based digital website, to
help you manage your ADHD/ADD. Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn't have to
hold you back. Help Reminder can help.
