ANSWER:
The goal of a clinic visit is for patients or clients to be examined by numerous professionals
at the same time instead of scheduling individual appointments. A reading clinic is also a
facility where people can receive medical care, mainly for minor ailments, and where a group
training for teaching a certain skill and working on particular problems can take place.
14-16 What are the purposes of home visit? Give at least 3
ANSWER:
1. To assess the living condition of the patient and his family and their health practices in
order to provide the appropriate health teaching.
2. To give care to the sick, to a postpartum mother and her new born with view teach a
responsible family member to give subsequent care.
