- when this problem started?
- In which circumstances did this headache started (while sitting, during effort)?
- how does it feel like (pressure, pulsatile pain)?
- where is this pain located (it is simetric or not)?
- how severe is the headache on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 being no pain, and 10 being the
worst pain ever experienced?
- when or at what time did the pain start? How long did this pain last? How often does it
happen: hourly? daily? weekly? monthly? Is it sudden or gradual? When do you usually
experience this pain: daytime? night? early morning? afternoon? If you experience headache
at night, are you ever awakened by it? Are other symptoms and signs present?

7. The most stressful aspect is the patient's evolution. When a critical patient comes to you,
the challenge is higher. You have to prescribe the right medication and to select the exact
procedures to improve patient's situation. Haemodinamc unstable patients are an example. It
is a situation where every minute counts and you must be on spot with your medical
response. As for rewards, nothing compares with saving a live, to give someone the chance to
survive and to improve patient's quality of life.
8. A practice manager oversees the various aspects of a medical office. They are trained to
supervise, hire and train the staff members and also to manage budget procedures.
A medical receptionist is responsible for interacting with guests in a medical unit.
Their most important duties are to schedule patient appointments according to doctor
availability and processing payments after treatment (medical act).
General practitioner, known as GP or a primary care physician, is trained to treat
acute or chronic pathologies. GP have a very important role in the medical system because
often they have the first contact with the patient.
A midwife is a trained health professional who helps healthy women during labor,
delivery, and after the birth of their babies. Often, they are woman. Rarely a midwife is a
male.
A district nurse provide a range of interventions including: assessment of health and
social care needs, end of life care, chronic and acute wound care, education in the prevention
of pressure ulcers and provision of equipment and venepuncture for management of patient’s
long term conditions.
Health visitor is a trained nurse, and a lot of them are midwives as well who’ve
undergone extra training to become a health visitor.
Practice nurse undertake a range of nursing assessments and provide appropriate care
and treatment in conjunction with general practitioners according to practice policy, protocols
and others.

For midwife, we have ”moașă” in Romania
For district nurse we have ”asistent medical comunitar”.
Health visitor is ”asistent medical comunitar”.
Practice nurse is ”asistent medical generalist”.

11. Romania's COVID-19 management is terrible, we have access for so many types of
vaccine (even before more developed countries like Australia), yet our vaccination rate is
lower than expectation. All of these exists because we have a poor medical management.
People are not well informed, so this vaccination campaign was not successful.

very important for student's development.

14. Yes, are differences. Symptoms are described by pacient, so they are subjective (like
chest pain, headache etc). Signs are objective findings observed by the doctor (jaundice, skin
injuries etc).

15. Walk-in clinics have the advantage to offer medical services without appoiments.

16. Emergency room is very similar to a walk-in clinic but provides a step up in terms of
their ability to treat patient’s various illnesses and injuries.

19. Musculoskeletal system is composed of skeletal muscles and bones. It is essential for
locomotion and interaction with environment.
