With that in mind, you would think that everything would be running very
smoothly with this billion dollar company, but in more cases than not, Paypal
sellers end up very unhappy in as an end result. That is why I, EvanC, am here to

Winning As a Seller
So you just sold a good or service to a new and sketchy member. You are
checking your email when you see the dreaded “Chargeback for case xxx-xxx-
xxx”.

Damn. Is what you are thinking to yourself. How will I get my money back?
Good thing you bought this eBook, now you will have your money back faster
than ever.

Way #1 (The Fastest, but you already know this)

Now, the fastest way to get back some money, is to offer a partial refund. It will
be deposited as soon as the buyer agrees to it. Now, I know you didn’t buy this
eBook to win back some money, and I’m sure you already knew this. You want
it all back, but I am just including this in case you need your money fast, and
can’t wait more than a day.

Way #2

This way will require a bit more time and effort, but is effective 98% of getting
ALL, yes ALL of your money back.

Step 1. Escalate the dispute to a claim.

Step 2. Click on Upload Fax/Notes

Step 3. Click on Upload Photo

Step 4. Upload the picture on the next page (template provided)

Insert your name on PayPal and the current date onto a notepad, and drag it
over mine.

Step 5. Under “Case Notes”, copy and paste this.

This was payment for a coding service done by me, which took me 3 hours to do. Now
(INSERT SCAMMERS NAME HERE) is trying to scam me for my time. All that I wanted was to
start my own website services but it's impossible when people scam me for my time. I will
attach proof of my services to this message. Hopefully this scammer will be stopped.

Step 6. Don’t respond to whatever the buyer says to you. You will win the case,
since this falls under “intangible goods” (not physical goods) which means that
the seller has full protection.

*I will be updating this section with new information periodically.

Winning As a Buyer

This is the easier of all of the methods. If you want to chargeback and win a
case for a virtual good or service, follow each step precisely.

Step 1. Initiate a chargeback under “Item not received”

Step 2. For description of the problem, use my template below.

Hello sir!

I was just wanting to know where my Klipsch S4i headphones are (YOU CAN
INSERT ANY PRODUCT HERE). It’s been a little over 2 weeks now and I haven’t
received it at my house yet! If you could just send me a tracking number, I’ll
cancel this case immediately!

Step 3. Make sure to sound nice and happy in your message. When the seller
responds, he wont have a tracking number and 80% will just chat profanity
back, which PayPal does not like.

Step 4. You will win this because it falls under Buyer Protection “Item not
Received”
