Some people think that it is more effective for students to study in groups, while others believe
that it’s better for them to study alone.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion

People’s opinions differ as to whether or not students should to study in groups. While there are
some individuals argue that it’s is more effective for students to study alone. I believe that everyone
should learn in their partners.

There are various reasons why people believe that school children should learn alone. Firstly, study
alone as students are challenged to work through tasks ant their own pace, thanks to this, it helps
student develop an independent study habit. It’s very important because this prepares them to work
alone as adults. Secondly, when pupils work and study at their own pace, they can learn whenever
they want and less face with pressure of meeting a deadline. This allows student to have sense of
freedom and comfort with their study. For example, learners can study in a flexible way and place
such as bedroom or library without attending a meeting.

In spite of the above arguments, I support the view that school children should study in groups. The
first one is that it helps students improve their relationships and teamwork skills. For example, when
they learn with other people, they have to solve many problems such as planning or time managing,
so that, which helps students learn several valuable skills through group work. Furthermore, since
pupils will compete with their friends when they work together. Therefore, students would be full of
motivation and element of competition. For example, when I work with my partners in a project, we
will set a timeline and a reward for person who have done the work first, so that, I and my friend
never give up the goals.

In conclusion, while I recognize the possible advantages of study alone, I believe that school children
should learn in groups.
