Bella : You have business chocolate. So, What is your motivation in choosing this business…?

Sonia: I love chocolate, and I’ve been eating it since I was a kid. But I never really tasted it. The
innovation of Yummy Chocolate was coincidental. One time I accidentally dropped dodol
which will eat into the chocolate dough. And when it was eaten back, it tastes good. At that
moment I have an idea to make a chocolate that contents dodol and Yummy Chocolate
born.

Bella : Then, whether there are constraints on your efforts? and, how do you in overcoming these
constraints?

Sonia: One of the obstacle that often faced is a fact that many businesses are imitating my

products. However, we believe that the original product certainly more choosen and trusted.
To solve this problem, we are more focused on the maintaining product quality and develop
of innovation of new products.

Mr.hadyan, you have a business in property. So, What is your motivation in choosing
this business?

Hadyan: My motivation to become an entrepreneur because I am lazy to work. Actually , my

motivation to become entrepreneurs is because I can’t afford to be an employee. I
prefer the challenge and freedom. I was not able to leave early and come home late. I
could not bear my earnings set another person. I was only able to adjust my own
income.
Bella: And then, whether there are constraints on your efforts?
Hadyan: In the first years I experienced a difficult start doing business. The difficulty of getting the

trust of clients and investors. There is a considerable period of time, six months we did not
get orders.

Bella: And, how do you in overcoming these constraints?

Hadyan: with hard work and never give up, Alhamdulillah. That's the advice of parents always, when
we are selfless hard work and sincerity, fortune will come. That's what we believe in continuously.

however the constraints, we still run their businesses, expand disseminate product information, all
we've done and Alhamdulillah

Nabhan: Thank you, nice to meet you too.

Bella : Mr.nabhan, you have business in beverage product. Then What is your motivation in
choosing this business?

Nabhan: The beverage industry is an industry that’s is needed by today’s society. And in addition the
baverages industry has the highest income. So basicly it is a outstanding industry where you
can have the highest income from this small product.

Bella : Then, whether there are constraints on your efforts?

Nabhan : There are two major problems in baverages industry. First of all in many similar product,

and second one is the product lifetime.

Bella : so, how do you in overcoming these constraints?

Nabhan: Well, in order to solve that problem, we have to enhance annd inovate our product, our

strategies and our resources to survive in the marketplace

As we know, there are so many competitor on your products. So, what makes you survive
your business?

Miss.Sonia you can answer first.

Sonia : thank you miss bella. Every business must have obstacles and risks. Do not stop until you see

the manifestation of your vision. As you continue to persevere through the uncertainty, you
will see yourself succeed than failed. If you want to become a successful entrepreneur, you
have to survive and keep innovating.

Bella : Then, What is your answer mr hadyan?

Mr hadyan : That time has occurred between Continue or Stop.

That's where the entrepreneur tested dependability and loyalty. Is he loyal to the goal of becoming
an entrepreneur. My goal at that time was a success and provide more benefits to around by
creating jobs. If we focus on our goals and loyal, InshaAllah, we will get a turning point in that goal.
Bella : And then, mr nabhan what makes you survive your business?

Nabhan: My family, well I have a little brother and sister. I want make them proud of me and make

them becoming an suceessful enterpreneur. That’s what makes me survive all this time.
