1.

Transportation
a. To get in and out of neighborhood, its mostly by car, walking or biking.
b. The streets are very straightforward. You have the sidewalk and the two
different lanes for oncoming traffic.
c. There is a highway available, for all people, and if you get out of the neighborhood,
there is a bus stop right at the end of the road or neighborhood. A QT and circle K
is available about 3 mails or maybe even less away from neighborhood for gas.
Now if you drive like 5 minutes or take the bus or even walk, there is a metro light
rail station.

2. Service centers:
a. There is a dentist office right around the corner. There is a preschool right
next to dentist office.
b. The only park is about 5-minute drive and used by a lot of homeless people. There are
families there too.

3. Stores:
a. People usually can use a car, bus, or walk to shop. As I drive by, I see some on their
bike with grocery bag. They have a Walmart and fry’s that is within walking distance.

4. People out and about:


a. Since its summertime, I see families walking around or one to two people
walking. When school was open, I would see a lot of kids crossing the road.
b. Everyone I see fits the neighborhood, no one unusual.
c. I do usually see some people on weekend wearing a tie and dressed nicely
and knocking on doors with brothers in their hand. I know these people just
are there to inform about a certain religion or something their selling. When I
do see the post man, I see someone who is just there to get the job done and
leave.
d. Casual dressing is what I usually see. Appropriate for weather
e. I usually see Dogs and cats, that are walking around with their, owner.

5. Signs of community vibrancy:


a. The neighborhood is quiet, do not see a lot of people outside. The sidewalks, Are
well constricted.
6. Race/Ethnicity:
a. There are different kinds of ethnicity. From when I see the people on the street.
However, if you did not know the neighborhood or its your first time, you would
not be able to tell if. It has different group of people. There are churches and
even a mosque around the neighborhood. This shows you that there is different
religion around.
7. Religion:

• The neighborhood has a verity of things. Like a mosque right around the corner. I usually
go to this mosque, and it is always pact, especially on Friday. Also, there is a church, right
around the corner, and that’s also pact. Things are very evenly distributed. And you do see
a variety of religious groups.
8. Health:
a. I do see lots of homelessness people, at the park near them and maybe walking
around the neighborhood. Alcoholism is something that might be common
because. I see alcoholic drinks on ground. The nearest hospital is abrazo. With
car its 5-6 minutes. There is an honor health clinic. Also, there a couple of
offices I see also with car its very nearby.
9. Politics:
a. Around the neighborhood, I do not see signs of politics around.

10. Other Information:


a. There are more grocery stores, and clothing stores not far. So that is some jobs
that are filled. There is also couple of schools and clinics. Also, there is a
nursing home that is like 10 minutes with car. You can see that the
neighborhood is full of people, and they have been living there for a long
period of time.
