The goal of the event is to introduce Indonesia’s
cultures in the international region and also
brace up for Indonesia’s Independence Day
celebration.

1. Communication

Communication is a vital part of an event, so


for the continuity of the event, the committee
must act professionally. The committee conducts
briefing & debriefing, calling instead of texting and
good interaction to leave a good impression. For
the easiest way to change the informations and
conditions during the event we use walkie talkie.

2. Venue

Bromo festival as an outdoor event that is not


located in the city center, the committee has
ensured the availability of water supply, electricity,
accessibility. The committee has also prepared a
professional team to prepare for the main stage,
giving the video mapping projector, and the
committee has prepared several rooms for VVIP
guests, the press and the theater room as a side
event. Before entering each venue, audiences
need to scan the barcode in the access control
mechine. For making easy to manage, the
committe also giving the CCTV in some areas.

Bromo festival as a mega event, the committee


uses a lot of technology to make it easier. In
registration and payment of tickets via online, for
tickets using a barcode that has been sent to
each visitor, in transactions during the event it is
advisable to use E-money to reduce physical
contact with each other.

6. Scalability
Scaling an event is like scaling a business it
requires assigning the right amount of
resources and taking the right strategic
approach. How you scale your event will impact
both your guests’ experience and the result of
future editions. If you don’t distribute your
resources correctly, you’ll run the risk of scaling
an event that won’t live up to your guests’
expectations. A smart and balanced scale is
needed.

website. Any prospective client who enters their

Hurricane, tornado, storm, earthquake, brushfire,
landslide or mudslide, rain, flood, heat wave.

Things that must be prepared for anticipating rain :


1. Set up waterproof tents to shelter visitors from the
rain, sell raincoats, and prepare backup venues
2. In order to maintain the safety of visitors who are
already present at the event during the rainy season,
there is nothing wrong with making announcements
on social media about the condition of the venue.

That way, they will prepare various preventive measures


to cope with the rain, such as bringing their own umbrella
or raincoat.

If there is fire :
1. Before the event we should ensure that we have fire
extinguishers easily accessible throughout the event.
2. Make sure to advise the local fire service that the
event is taking place and let them know the
accessibility points for the fire engines

We need to assess the equipment that we


are bringing onto the event site and analyze
the hazards associated with it. These can
range from electrical installation safety, to the
accessibility of packing in and packing out.

Crowd management processes in place

Prominently displayed signage is the easiest


way to communicate key information, either with
a fixed notice or LED board showing updates. Try
to position signs so that they are visible from afar,

Evaluation
The evaluation would be carried out by distributing
questionnaires through Google Forms and direct
interviews, the Google Forms will be share to all
customers while the interviews would be asked by host
directly to a random people regarding customer
satisfaction with the Bromo Festival. The questionnaire
includes both quantitative and qualitative questions
both closed and open.

Educational expeditions in the developing world


that teach life skills and expand minds outside the
classroom. All of their expeditions are geared toward
educating young people and teach participants how
to cope with adversity and new environments.

We are committed to assisting underprivileged


communities, a number of projects have been
identified in each location that we aim to complete
over the course of time. These projects take place
over two to eight days and often form part of an
adventure itinerary.
