NOTICE OF APPROVAL
Dear Sir/Madam:
We are pleased to inform you that your application for Pag-IBIG Fund Special Housing
Loan Restructuring II Program has been APPROVED on November 13, 2021 in the total amount of
Five Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Eight Pesos and Eighty One Centavos
(P 568,748.81) Philippine Currency, broken down as follows:
i. Interest-Bearing Principal in the amount of Five Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Eight
Hundred Sixty Six Pesos and Twenty Six Centavos (P 553,866.26) Philippine
Currency, is composed of outstanding principal balance, interest-bearing arrearages,
advances made by Pag-IBIG Fund (e.g. foreclosure expenses) and the applicable
interests from the date of computation of the restructured amount up to takeout date.
The interest-bearing principal is payable in 21 years and 7 months at 6.375% interest per
annum. This interest rate shall be repriced every One (1) year/s.
The non-interest- bearing principal is payable anytime within the term of the interest-
bearing principal, is interest-free as the name suggests, and shall not be subject to penalty.
Your monthly installment on the interest-bearing principal is Four Thousand One Hundred
Forty Three Pesos and Nine Centavos (P 4,143.09) Philippine Currency, with the first installment
due on December 17, 2021.
In line with the approval of your loan restructuring application, you must do the following:
1. Pay the required insurance premiums (advance premium and any interim insurance) in
the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty Three Pesos and Five Centavos (P
2,543.05) Philippine Currency, at Pag-IBIG Fund Office or through any collection
system implemented by Pag-IBIG Fund on or before January 08, 2022. If you opt to pay
through Pag-IBIG Fund’s collecting partner, please use the Payment Reference
Number (PRN) ________________.
If you fail to pay on or before due date, any payment we received from you thereafter
will be applied first to the required insurance premiums.
3. Download and sign the Promissory Note with Restructuring Agreement together with
your spouse and co-borrower/co-buyer, if any and have it notarized. Submit two (2)
copies of the notarized Promissory Note with Restructuring Agreement to any Pag-IBIG
Office personally or through courier service to with office address at on or before
January 08, 2022.
4. If you opt to pay through salary deduction, you must submit an Authority to Deduct
Housing Loan Amortization (HQP-HLF-124) signed by your employer. But if you want to
pay through Post-Dated Checks (PDC), please submit twelve (12) PDCs indicating the
new amortization/installment to the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund Office.
Finally, should you prefer to make a downpayment, you can pay at any Pag-IBIG Fund
Office or through any collection system implemented by Pag-IBIG Fund using your Housing
Account Number (HAN) 316292050775. Said downpayment will be treated as advanced to
principal / future monthly installments.
