PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• To monitor duty roster and timely attendance of employees as per the same.
• Organize weekly meeting with department heads of Marketing, Finance, Clinical
Services, OT & Nursing, etc. to review performances vis-�-vis objectives and
develop strategies for betterment of services & acceleration of revenue.
• Presentation to the members of the board monthly review along with analysis of
variance between budgeted and actual performances.
• Liaison with all the Outsourced Contractors and renewal of their Contractual
Agreements every financial year,
• Coordination between the Local Municipality & Police Stations for the smooth
functioning of the operations in the hospital,
• Verification of all the Outsourced Contractors Monthly Bills and giving Instructions
to Account's Department for their Payments,
• Liaison with all the Licensing Departments of State Government as well as Central
Government for renewal of all Types / Categories of Hospital Licenses.
• Food & Beverage - Quality Assurance, Patient Feedback, Daily Checks,
Maintaining Infection Control Protocol of the Department, Pricing, and Handling
Complaints & Inventory Audit of the Department.
• Housekeeping - Quality Assurance, Patient Feedback, Daily Checks, Maintaining
Infection Control Protocol of the Department, Pricing, Handling Complaints &
Inventory Audit of the Department.
• Linen & Laundry - Quality Assurance, Patient Feedback, Daily Checks, Maintaining
Infection Control Protocol of the Department, Pricing, Handling Complaints &
Inventory Audit of the Department, Assuring Proper Timely Delivery, Billing &
Accountability.
• Equipment Status in Liaison with the Bio-Medical Department for the
Departments
• General Maintenance of the Entire Hospital.
• Handling the Hospital Waste Management System which Includes Bio-Medical
Wastes also as per the guidelines of Pollution Control Board of India.
• Assuring proper maintenance of Infection Control Policy & Protocol in liaison with
the Infection Control Committee & Team of which I am one of the members.
• Coordination of organizing the entire procedure for free cases patients' treatment
in the hospital with the senior management of the hospital with a yearly budget
of 15 lakhs.
• Analysis & report of the customer feedback to the top management of the
hospital and taking corrective action in the fortnightly meeting also organized by
myself.
• Member of the following committees - Purchase, Patients Rights, Fire & safety
Management, Infection Control.
• Execution & Implementation of any other new project of the Hospital.
• Member of Internal Audit Committee - Regular Reporting to Senior Management
in the hospital.
• Sole person responsible for doing the Hospital M.I.S. with the Revenue &
Expenses Report for presentation to the Top Management of the Hospital on a
Monthly basis.
