Score Criteria
5 (90-100%) Student includes all of the required assignments,
writing pieces, lab reports, hand-outs, audio, and
video pieces. Student also has outstanding
creativity, has extensive improvement, organized
in an effective manner, achieved all desired goals,
and there are no reflections missing. All of the
self-reflections are very insightful and show
careful consideration.
4 (80-89%) Student is missing 1-2 required assignments,
writing pieces, lab reports, hand-outs, audio, and
video pieces. Student also shows good
improvement, achieved most or all desired goals,
displays good effort in creativity, and there's no
missing self-reflections, however, reflections are
have mediocre point.
3 (70-79%) Student is missing 3-4 required assignments,
writing pieces, lab reports, hand-outs, audio, and
video pieces. Student also shows some
improvement, achieved some goals, organized
the portfolio in a basic manner, displays an
attempt at creativity, and there is a few missing
self-reflections and self-reflections are basic.
1 (60-69%) Student is missing 5 or more required
assignments, writing pieces, lab reports, hand-
outs, audio, and video pieces. Student also shows
little improvement, achieved a few of the desired
goals, has unorganized materials, displays no
effort in creativity, and missing a lot of self-
reflections. Self-reflections show very little
thought.
