Tank 1: Developing classroom procedures. Take time to reflect on the subject of
your procedures and consider all the steps needed to carry out each
procedure. Write down below your developed procedure and steps.

1. Movement into the Classroom


 Quietly enter the room.
 Wear your uniform.
 Assemble into your designated area and conditioned yourself for a
class
 If late, don’t create noise while entering, do not disturb the class and
sit on your designated area.
 If late, sign in to the Tardy Notebook. Checks “excused” or
“unexcused.”

2. Use of Bathroom
 You can use the bathroom before school, before class, during
recess, during passing period.
 When entering the classroom after taking a bathroom break, use the
backdoor.
 If the privilege is abused, the teacher will meet with the student.

3. Lecture or Class Discussion


 Listen respectfully and actively.
 Do not utter words if the discussion starts unless you are permitted to
speak.
 If confused, do not ask clarifications right away if the discussion isn’t
finished. Ask questions after the lecture.
 Raise your hand if you wish to answer and stand up properly when
chosen.

4. Having a Quiz
 Do not cheat.
 Raise your pen if you are done.

5. Having a Cooperative Activities


 Give thoughtful feedback.
 Respect each other’s thoughts.
 On tasks all the time.
 Use soft voices.

6. Correcting Work in Class


 Take out correcting pen (pen, red pen, crayon).
 Teacher shows or tells each answer.
 Indicate if answer is correct or incorrect on your paper.
 Teacher reteaches difficult items.
 Use remaining time to correct any items.

7. No Materials in Class
 Teacher sets clear expectations concerning materials.
 Extra materials are available.
 If you forgot the book, looks a partner to share.

8. Turning in or Collecting Work


 Write your name and number on assignment.
 Pass your work forward.
 Student Monitor collects all papers from front row seats.
 Monitor puts in numerical order
 Monitor places papers in the teacher’s table.

9. Absent
 Partner collects assignments, homework, and notices and puts in
desk of absent student.
 Return to school and examine the work in desk.
 Check the class calendar, noting work to be completed.
 Complete the worksheets as soon as possible.
 Completed work is placed in Make-up Work box.

10. Movement Out of the Classroom


 Teacher will bid a goodbye to the students.
 Make sure to arrange the seat before going out the room.
 The cleaners of the day should be responsible of their tasks.
 Teacher will wait of the cleaners to be done in cleaning.
 Teacher will lock the door.
