This assignment is a GROUP report. You must use font Calibri size 12, set number of the pages and use paragraph 1.5 lines.
Margins must be: left: 1.25 cm; right: 1 cm; top: 1 cm and bottom: 1 cm. The reference follows Harvard referencing system.
The recommended word limit is 2000-2500 words. You will not be penalized for exceeding the total word limit. The cover
page of the report has to be the FRONTSHEET 2

2. IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. The issue of PLAGIASIM and how to discover:
In order to prevent or limit the matter of plagiarism, that the students may bring the report of the previous class to
submit for us or copy most of the contents, it is advised for the Tutor to do as follows:
a. Change the order of the contents in the Guideline differently: e.g. P1, P3, P2 or P2, P1 and P3; or even in one P:
e.g. in P1: “sources of law” first and “function” after.
b. Supplement the additional questions, which should relate to Vietnamese context. E.g. What are the conditions
for a valid contract in Vietnam according to the Civil Code 2015?
c. Requires different examples for different classes. E.g. when requires to present the examples function of law, the
tutor may require the functions of Civil Code or functions of Enterprise law of Vietnam 2014
d. If student is suspected similarities up to 30% by CMS system (the assignment submitting and marking system),
the students will be got failed and loose the chance for second submission

3. HOW TO CACULATE THE FINAL GRADE FOR MEMBERS:

For Assignment 2, you will work in a small group (at maximum 5 members in each group) (contact the tutor to know which group
you are in). Each Group will produce one report of assignment 2. After the final submission of the report confirmed by the tutor, each
group is able to attend the Individual assessment session.

4. REGISTER THE COMPANIES BEFORE STARTING THE REPORT

The contract/ scandals of each group must be different from the other group. Each group has to find:
