Factores productivos integrando procesos del café


Primera Etapa: La plantación
Integra completamente el factor de tierra, pero consigo se debe considerar los otros
recursos usados hasta que logra su etapa de cosecha, que bien podría ser el tiempo de los
trabajadores empleados durante ese proceso (obreros o especialistas), agua, pesticidas y abono.
Segunda Etapa: La cosecha
Ya sea por picking o stripping se involucra una técnica y herramientas siendo este el
factor de Tecnología, pero siempre con el tiempo operativo de un trabajador o de varios, dando
diferentes resultados y contras.
Tercera Etapa: El procesamiento
A nueva cuenta independientemente de los métodos se requiere del tiempo de los
trabajadores para esta separación y en función de la técnica se logra características diferentes,
resaltando la importancia de la tecnología.
Cuarta Etapa: El curado
Dependiendo del tiempo o método implicado se eliminara la cascara y determinara aun
mas características del producto final, connotando la mano de obra implicada
