eVolution 3e Software Release

eVent Medical is pleased to announce the new release of Application Software 6.4.01 for the eVolution 3e T & 3e HP
ventilators.

To ensure our service records remain current, please complete and send a Service Report / Warranty Claim form for each
ventilator that is upgraded to: service@event-medical.com

Ventilator Compatibility

Application Software 6.4.01 is intended for use in EVOLUTION 3E Ventilators with serial numbers EVL3XXXX,
EVL4XXXX, EVL8XXXX and part numbers

EVL100001-T EVL100001-HP
EVL100001-T-NF EVL100001-HP-NF

Required Equipment
• A PC computer with Windows operating system (Windows XP, 7, 8, Vista, or 10)
• Standard Ethernet Cable
• Universal Download Tool Version 1.1.5 (EVM400063 Rev. C) or Version 1.1.4 (EVM400063 Rev. B)

Software Installation:

• Refer to the Universal Software Download Tool User Manual (DES-11-18-UM) for detailed software installation
instructions.
• Using the Universal Download tool, install the files listed above.

NOTE: Do not turn off the ventilator until all files have downloaded successfully.
• If a download fails, do not turn the ventilator off. Wait 30 seconds and retry.
