Hello, PLDT!

I am writing this letter due to the request of your staff in Digos City branch. I have a lot of request that
I wish for you to address and solve as one of your customer.

Firstly, I’ve been trying to relocate my internet from Toril, Davao City to my hometown here in Digos
City. Unfortunately, even if I followed up multiple times and a lot of contractors already visited my
area in Digos, all of them said that they cannot install the internet connection because the area was
substandard. I was very displeased and disappointed to know that because almost all our neighbors
have PLDT internet connection already.

Secondly, I want to waive the termination fee because you cannot do my request and it is unfair on my
part to be charged with it. I am really hoping to get my internet installed here but since you can’t do
that, it is not a part of my responsibility anymore.

Lastly, I would like to have a REFUND for my payment starting from September 9 to October 18 since
I am not using your internet within those times anymore and yet I still payed because I was really
hoping I’d be able to relocate it and I did not know it was not possible.

I am hoping for your immediate and postive response since this has been a month old issue.
