Ensure passengers are not boarded from origin station on flights until they are in
possession of a RTPCR negative certificate or final vaccination certificate

activities adhering to COVID-19 behavior and norms of the state

All Transit passengers of Intra Assam and Inter North Eastern States shall

Government officials and those travelling due to medical reasons and

on arrival on production of RAT negative certificate issued within
48hours from arrival into the state or RT-PCR negative report from ICMR
approved lab issued no earlier than 72 hours from their arrival into the
Meghalaya state from an ICMR recognized laboratory or on production of final
vaccination certificate i.e., two doses complete. However if these
passengers are not in possession of above mentioned requirements they
shall have to undergo RAT Test on arrival
