I have been in healthcare for 3 years now and I knew that healthcare was the field I wanted to be
in, because I helped take care of my sister after a major surgery, took care of all of my younger
cousins when they were babies, and have always had a knack for helping those in need. My skills
include, but are not limited to, being understanding, a good listener, being flexible when it comes
to changes, a quick learner, and a good problem solver.

● Working as a QMA on the certified parts of the newer building.

● Assisting with meals and making sure the needs of the residents are met.

ATC Healthcare; Fort Wayne, Indiana - QMA

● Working as a QMA or CNA in different buildings in need and assisting them in places that
are needed.

● Reading orders to make sure the proper medicine gets passed at the proper time.

● Passing medication, taking blood sugar, and taking vitals.

● Assisting the nurses in minor wound treatments.
