Health and Security Procedures for the Assembly and Disassembly of a
Computer

1. Make sure to completely shut down and unplug the computer.


2. Be careful to touch the computer with dry hands only.
3. Work in a cool area in order not to drop any sweat into the computer.
4. Avoid wearing metal objects such as bracelets, bangles and watches as
some electric charges could remain in the devices inside the tower.
5. Touch a metal object before touching any components in order to remove
any static charge from the body since it can damage some sensitive devices
inside the tower.
6. Make sure to keep all the screws carefully and memorize where each
screw fits.
7. Handle every part cautiously and gently since some devices are fragile.
8. Great care should be taken when handling the motherboard as it is fragile
and its pointed parts can hurt the hands, as well.
9. Make sure to hold wires from the head or base and be gentle so as not to
break them.
10. Do not try to dismantle the power supply unit as it is dangerous.

Comment

To sum up, this computer system has high performance capabilities since it
processes fast and handles multiple programs with ease. It is the result of having
both efficient hardware resources and good system software. In addition, all the
peripheral devices do their tasks without any errors.

Comment

In conclusion, this peer’s computer system has good performance as its


processing speed is relatively fast and it is not easily overloaded. Moreover, no
error occurs in the processes of the peripheral devices. It is the quality of both
hardware resources and software.
