To whom it may concern

I am here writing this letter to complain about the disappointment i had after the journey to
HUNAN which was totally arranged by your travel agencies last month.Although in the previous
propaganda material you guaranteed the quality of both the accommodation and the tourist
guide.However, these two part had never satisfied me and my family throughout the whole
journey.To some extent, this trip left me with a dreadful impression about the tourist attractions
and your company!

To be honest, when firstly watching your videos about the traveling plan, goosebumps suddenly
came over me because of the stunning landscape and the high-quality facilities contained in it.
And also the luxury hotels, delicious local food and proper schedule which you claimed we would
experience soon.What’s more, last and but not least, the price is quite reasonable as well.
Logically, i booked this travel at once for my family and i did not even compare with other
agencies.In the following days, i could not stop imagine my precious holiday life.

However, your company provided me with a memorable journey out of my expectation.

On our arrival, it was quite astonished that no one had came to pick us on the due
time.Nevertheless, when i later called the local agencies to asked for help, they actually told me
that because it was the rush hour at that time , the drivers were busy picking up other customers.
We the whole family either went to the ourselves, or waited for approximately 3hours.
Considered we were hungry and tired at that time, we had to carry bunches of heavy load to call
a taxi. And that was not all the surprise which the journey brought to us.When we ultimately
reached the hotel exhausted , it was soon another strike on me that the “grand hotel” was
literally a “hostel” which implied that we had to embrace the wet sheet and the creaking AC
during the night.

Looking back on the whole journey , although the service and accommodation was incredibly
dissatisfied, the following days’ official sightseeing was exactly what i would try to avoid
memorizing . The arrangement of the day was full of mandatory purchasing of local good and
bumpy ride. Throughout the five days ,the tourist guide the agency allot to us tried almost every
method to coax us buy those expensive souvenirs in the excuse of support the local economical
development. What’s more, if we did not show the tendency to buy, he would disdainfully roll his
eyes to us and say some rude words about us.

I kindly suggest that you should really pay attention to your tourist product itself and tourists’
feedback. The widespread dislocation among the tourist guides has already occurred.As a
consumer ,the behavior and the quality of the tourist guides were really unbearable.

At last, hope you can take my feedback or complaint into consideration.
