I believe the purpose of education is to provide knowledge to our current and future generations in
order for them to succeed in life. ... The idea is for the youngster to absorb all of the knowledge they've
gained over the years and understand how and when to apply it in order to grow into a capable adult.

2. I believe that students learn best when students actively participate in the course by explaining,
solving, struggling, making mistakes, and learning from those mistakes."

3. I believe that the following curriculum basics will contribute to the social, emotional, intellectual, and
physical development of my students. When planning activities and surroundings for children of a given
age, knowing what is usual at that age is the greatest place to start.

4. I believe that a good learning environment is one in which where students feel engaged and
accountable for their own learning while also feeling safe enough to fully participate in group and
individual activities.

5. I believe that all students have the following basic needs. Food and shelter, clothing, daycare, mental
health, financial resources, and transportation are all examples of basic requirements. You may
experience difficulties obtaining appropriate food, housing, financial, or other resources at some time
during your educational journey.

6. In order to further the growth and learning of my students, these basic needs will be met in my
classroom. Collaborate with your coworkers, Consistency should be cultivated, Develop an attitude that
is focused on the students, Make time to work on your study skills and get extra help, Make use of a
variety of assessment methods, Make use of the knowledge of other professionals, Collaborate with
families.

7. I believe that teachers should have the following qualities:

- Teachers who are good communicators are good teachers.

- Good teachers pay attention to their students.

- Collaboration is emphasized by good teachers.

- Teachers that are good at what they do are adaptable.

- Teachers who are good at what they do are engaging.

- Empathy is exhibited by good teachers.

- Patience is a quality that all good teachers possess.

- Real-World Learning is highly valued by good teachers.
