INTERLOCUTION
A lot of well wishers have expressed concern about the stalemate situation in Harita
Gardens. The caretaker EC has consistently stated that after the withdrawal of the court case,
elections would be held. A GBM is essential to ratify certain statutory requirements and taking
decisions regarding the elections.

Some people have also said "it is best to sit across a table and iron out any differences with any
individual or groups".

It is reiterated that the caretaker EC is open to discussions with any well wisher either
individually or as a group. As long as it is in the interest of Harita Gadens, anyone can give prior
intimation and come to the office for any type of discussion.

It would be highly appreciated that the well wishers be involved into the matters
responsibly rather than just offer lip service.
