Q1 Ineffective use of social media such as blogs, wikis, social networks to support teams
in sharing ideas, building knowledge bases and task management.

Ans: To assist employees in better utilising social media for task management and information
exchange, the company must address technology adoption regulations. The organization's
human resources department, as well as the organization's five unique sites in worldwide
marketplaces and diverse business units, must embrace this approach. Employees have direct
contact with the human resources department, which is responsible for providing them with the
required training and help so that they can reach their maximum potential in their jobs. The
company's human resource department and technological department would have to work
together to find qualified trainers who could teach employees how to use social media as an
intra-organizational communication tool. Employees' concerns about professional activities on
social media interfering with personal lives would be addressed in the training and development
schedule by providing necessary information for managing social media security and
preference settings that can aid in the effective management of personal and professional
profiles. Data analytics could be used to determine whether or not the recommendation was
successful by identifying employee interaction with social media and the tasks done through
it. The assessment would also reveal which social media sites employees utilise on a daily
basis, which might aid in tailoring corporate messaging to the platform in question, resulting
in increased employee social media involvement.

Q2 Lack of quality feedback from clients on ways to improve product quality and service
delivery.

Ans: In terms of feedback, it is suggested that the multinational organisation build an

integrated customer feedback management procedure that could be used across all of the
company's business units. The large customer base is a major stumbling block that could lead
to difficulties gathering feedback, which could be due to a lack of awareness of the context in
which the data must be gathered. Survey questions should be used to address the most
fundamental components of the customer experience, such as product quality, user experience,
and aesthetics. In agricultural equipment survey questions, significant entities such as product
user experience and compliance with customer performance expectations, as well as the
effectiveness of customer support services, should be covered. Using local language translators
to distribute questionnaires could be an important step toward gathering data that can be utilised
to improve product and service delivery. By comparing earlier customer feedback records in
terms of volume with the volume of feedback data collected after the suggested
recommendation was adopted, the proposal's effectiveness can be measured.
Q3 Misunderstandings and lack of trust based upon intercultural communication issues
in different contexts

Ans: The aspect of intercultural communication in the case of the concerned multinational
organisation might be addressed by considering the context of the culture in which
communication is carried out, which is diverse. Localized communication should be chosen
above process standardisation, which could lead to employee acceptance of the communication
technique. Reflecting on various aspects of the host culture as well as the culture's environment
can help the organisation avoid inappropriate behaviours and actions in a variety of cultural
circumstances, resulting in good translation and perception of the communicated information.
Obtaining feedback from employees within the organization's internal environment, which
would reflect the amount to which the signals transmitted by the organisation were received,
could help determine the success of the advice. By synchronising activities, senior
management's attention on the organization's values could be considered a fruitful way for
managing intercultural communication issues with uniform principles.
