Ctrl+N :- open new file
Ctrl+O :- Recall last file(open an existing document)
Ctrl+W:- close specific open file
Alt + F4 :-close program
F12:- to save as file
Ctrl + S :- save file
Ctrl + f1 =Minimize the ribbon(eg:- home tab, insert tab, page layout tab)
Shift + f3=to change case
Ctrl + shift + C :- copy formatting
Ctrl + shift + V :- paste formatting

After all the Office programs are exited, only the last item that is copied stays
on the Office Clipboard. When user exits all Office programs and restarts his
computer, the Office Clipboard is cleared of all items.

*Word art makes display txt more eyes catching. Word art can be resized, moved and edited to
meet our needs.
*Drop cap are the large capital letter at the beginning of a first Para of chapter or document.
*Signature Line provides authenticity, integrity, and origin of our document by adding a digital
signature to the document.
*Table of contents provides a galley of automatic table of content style.
*Citation is reference to a published or unpublished source.
*Bibliography is list a source, generally placed at the end of a document that are has consulted or
acted in creating the document
*Themes have a palette of 12 colors.
