1. Loosen the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".

2. Position suitable cribbing (1) under the track so that suitable cribbing (1) is under the first track roller on rear
track roller frame (2). Install Tooling (A). Position Tooling (B) under the blade. Lower the blade onto
Tooling (B). Separate track (3) .

3. Remove plug (7) and drain the oil from rear track roller frame (2) into a suitable container for storage or
disposal. Remove bolts (4) and cover (5) from both sides of rear track roller frame (2). Remove O-ring seal
(6) that is located under cover (5) .

4. Use Tooling (C) in order to remove guide assembly (8) from both sides of rear track roller frame (2) .

5. Attach a suitable lifting device onto front track roller frame (9). Position a suitable chain around front track
roller frame (9). Attach Tooling (D) onto the chain. Carefully move front track roller frame (9) approximately
51 mm (2.0 inch) away from rear track roller frame (2). Use Tooling (E) in order to protect the seals in rear
track roller frame (2). You will need to cut Tooling (E) to length.

6. Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (D) in order to support the rear of front track roller frame (9).
The weight of front track roller frame (9) is approximately 1565 kg (3450 lb). Remove front track roller
frame (9) from rear track roller frame (2) .

7. If necessary, remove retaining ring (13), seal (12), retaining ring (11), and bearing (10) .
