School Trips by Tanya Sanders
A) I love shool trips because they are always fun. We don't have lessons on school trips but we always learn very
interesting things on them. We have a great time too. We sing songs, take photos and play games.
B) We always plan our trips. First we choose a place for our trip and we discuss it with our teacher. Then we meet
after school and we prepare the programme. We find a lot of information about the place – its history, its people
and the most interesting tourist attractions. We usually plan to visit a local museum or see some exhibitions but we
always want to go to a funfair, the zoo or a café too. My friends and I like preparing the programme very much.
C) My favourite school trip was last year in the spring. We went to a small town in the south of the country. The
trip was very interesting. First we visited the Museum of Traditional Art and we saw some very old paintings,
drawings and photos. Then we listened to old traditional music and danced to it. Finally we drank hot chocolate in
the museum café. It was delicious!
