Annotation:
Stakeholders are one of the important components in school. They are considered as partners in building
programs that every school wish to have. These stakeholders are the students, parent’s local officials, and persons
coming from private and public sector. In my advisory class, the parents were cooperative. In order to promote strong
communication with the parents I usually conduct monthly meeting with them to discuss important concerns that needs
their ATTENTION and approval. Through this monthly meeting I was able to establish strong engagement and rapport
with them. Luckily with their utmost understanding and support, I was able to close the school year and do the task
assigned to me in a smooth manner.
