COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. Amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) global outbreak, Friendly Maritime
Services, Inc. took extra precautions to ensure safety and wellbeing of its clients and staff. These initiate included routine
maintenance cleaning inside the company, clients and employees screening before entering the facility; temperature
check; strict practice social distancing; and one-meter wall spacing in line with the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION
(WHO) Guidelines.

ABOUT COVID-19

 COVID-19 is the infectious disease caused by the

most recently discovered coronavirus.
 Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2
(SARS-CoV-2) is the name of the disease.
 SARS-CoV -2 is transmitted via droplets produced
by coughs or sneezes that can be inhaled.
 The virus can survive for several hours on surfaces
such as phone or computer keyboard.
 Most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever,
cough, sore throat, muscle pain, tiredness and
shortness of breath.
 Wash your hands often with soap and running water for
at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based sanitizer
that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are
not available.
 Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with
unwashed hands.
 Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
 Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough. Use
tissue or the sleeve of your shirt and never bare hands.
 Maintain extensive social distancing, 1 meter from each
other.
 Stay home and self-isolate even with minor symptoms
such as cough, headache, mild fever, until you recover.
 If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek
medical attention, but call by telephone in advance if
possible and follow the directions of your local health
authority.
