Nurse : Good morning Mrs. Dian

Patient : Good Morning, Nurse.

Nurse : My name is Ners Dany, to standart management patient safety. Can you repeat
your nameand old you ?

Patient : My name is Dian, I’m 17 years old

Nurse : Alright, how are you today ?

Patient : My eyes are sick and poignant and It’s so cold in here! I think I have a fever
Nurse : Which side your eye pain ?
Patient : Eyes the left side is the sick
Nurse : I am going to check your eyes and your forehead
Patient : Of course. What should I do ?
Nurse : You should rilex and enjoy
Patient : Ok, nurse. Please checks with carefully
Nurse : The first, I will see your eyelashes and eyelid, ok finish and then you feel a bit
warm. Let’s measure your body temperature, shall we?

Patient : Yes of course, my eyelashes and eyelid is normally ?

Nurse : Yes. Your eyelashes is beautiful. The second I will see konjungtiva, corneal
slice, scleraand pupil area and then here, put the thermometer under your armpit
please !

Patient : Ok
Nurse : Your konjungtiva is pale. Sclera is red. Pupil is normally and then corneal is
normallya minute later....
Patient : The checked has been completed ? and how many my body temperature ?
Nurse : Next I will palpate your eyes, to know swelling and you have a bit of fever, but
you don’t have to be worried about it. It is normal to have a slight fever after a
surgery like yours.

Patient : I’m glad to hear that , how to cure my eyes ?

Nurse : The doctor will give me recipe to cure your problem.
Patient : Ok thank you nurse

Nurse : Get well soon. You can rest again

Patient : Of Course.
