The Challenge: Developing a compact,


cost-effective, and easy-to-use test system
for testing and evaluating pyro current
monitoring units in a geo-synchronous
satellite launch vehicle.

The Solution: Developing an easy-to-use


virtual instrumentation system integrating the
functionality of various independent subsystems.

Speed, Cost, Compactness,

Before using NI products, we tested and
evaluated pyro current monitoring (PCM)
units using a semi-automated checkout
with two separate PCs. One controlled the
